    There is a thread in Silver about SandyEggo that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever... what is going on? The thread has been locked by Rob. Can someone please explain the basis of the thread?

    Apparently he got angry with Rob and left FChat. It's a shame because IMO he was a great contributor to the site. I met him on the 345/F355 cruise and we had a great time. N

    Agreed, and just another reminder that someone's internet persona does not always equal who they are in real life. I met Rick on our Laguna Seca run last year and traded a lot of emails with him before and after that. Great guy, super-enthusiastic owner. I sincerely hope this thread does not turn into a bashing festival either.

    Wow, that's too bad. What I don't understand is why the pile on...what did he do to these people to deserve that.

    There's another thread further down in this section that has all the details. I'm not gonna drag it up again, easy enough to find. I like Rick, he is a great guy to hang with and very passionate about the marque. Everything has been said; the continuing pile-ons are pointless and don't serve any purpose.

    Thanks Eric...found the thread you mentioned and totally missed it before, that's why the Silver thread made no sense. Completely understand now...too bad all the way around, Rick was a nice guy but Rob was clear and fair about his actions.The pileup was unfortunate and Rob was right to lock the thread up. Rob maybe lock this one up too, no need to drag this on.
