Correct. I'm surprised it wasn't pretty obvious

I'm just not too sure about putting the VIN number up on an open forum. Not sure why or what could happen but, you never know!

 

of course it was obvious! i was just hoping to get the rest of the vin, that your nice car can find its place in my archive!

 

Just to explain: i dont download pics without vin. how should i name these pics? red testarossa pic no. 2000?? where should i place these pics?
for more than ten years i collect every Ferrari pic with vin in a private registry. more than 60.000 pics now, my pics and pics from the web, recent pics and historic pics.
thats why i always ask for the numbers.

 

just recognized the "i hug trees" sticker. i hope that you are hugging trees when you are outside the car and it isnt the Testa thats hugging trees!

okay, so the registry has kind of begun, this is great. So I'll post the of mine pictures, or just pull them off when I posted them in another tread.
Question:
I understand why people may not want to post there vin, however if it's just a vin, make , model, year....isn't that information already out there? I.E. old posts, maybe the Ferrari regisrty at the factory, I'm on there list. no names, no address's, just numbers.

Does anyone know if this forum would allow a Sticky or something like that, that is simply titled tr regisrty. That has the ability to open up the thread and has the list begun, date and last five of the vin, and ext.and int. color in an EXCEL format that would autmaticly sort your entry into numerical order. or you could sort by date, color etc. but a locked formula like we use at work, you can only add, but cant edit...only admistrator can edit.
Then, a year from now, just image all the questions that could be answered about our cars.
