    Is it legal for an Oregon resident to transport personal gun (in car's trunk, unloaded, and locked) to Washington? Purpose is to go to a firing range with friends. Thank you.

    The short answer is probably yes. However only you know your exact situation so reading the State of Washington's published rules will let you make that ultimate determination.

    It's no issue if not within reach or hidden.

    If you have a CCW in WA or Utah you can have it loaded and hidden.
