    The use of P 4/5 in this advertisement is not authorized.

    None of my cars including P 4/5 are leased nor should they be used in an advertisement that implies they are. All of the rights of P 4/5 are owned by me except of course for the badges and shields of Ferrari, that while authorized to be affixed to P 4/5 by Ferrari are not authorized to be used in any advertisement depicting P 4/5 without Ferrari's express permission.
