Where was the "Neither" option...?
If there was a 'neither option' what would be the point of this thread? I may not be the sharpest tool on this forum but I'm certainly not the dullest, next.
100% my thoughts as well. But then again...it's impossible to vote now until after the first race (provided neither gets a podium ). In either case I hope they both beat their teammates to the point they cry to the media, I love public breakdowns .
If Kimi scores a podium, then the press conferences will finally be interesting again: YesitwasagoodracethecarwasfineandIwentforit.
Q: Kimi, What was your strategy you adopted that resulted you in winning the race? Kimi: Well, i took the lead in the first corner, and stayed there until the end of the race.
Then you might want to talk to someone with good logic skills. The poll asks which will be first, not "if one makes it, which do you think it will be?" Therefore, there are three reasonable choices, Michael, Kimi, or neither.
Same here I think. I like the feel good feeling of seeing the 'old ex retiree' doing a come back and being successful, but the reality is, he needs to beat Nico (not impossible) but more, he has to beat RB, McLaren and Ferrari (a bit harder maybe) Still not impossible. Kimi has more hurdles to jump I think. I'll be happy to see either of them there.....just for the sake of a change from the norm.
I voted for Michael because he's been back in F1 for 2 years now and I think the car will be better this year than it's ever been. But now I'm not so sure.
Maybe not, but you're obviously not stupid either. You have to ability to see when you've made a mistake and admit it. There are tons of supposedly bright people around that lack that talent.
I'm honored you recognized that and life is so much easier when such a trait becomes a part of who you are in everyday life , reaping what you sow I guess. Anywho my hope is that it will be Michael who gets the first podium or heck even the first win because I have been an overall fan of his since his sportscar days with Sauber. I respect Kimi's natural driving talent but I'm more inclined to support a more complete package who can pull off the impossible when it is needed the most.
I'll be cheering for both, but I'm doubtful. Their rides don't seem to measure up. Once a Ferrari driver, always a Ferrari driver (unless your name happens to be Rubens).
Yes sir I'm certain I will be pulling for both myself and lets hope both teams have improved their cars enough for a podium finish based on performance and not attrition.
Given Kimi's fastest time of the day, I thought it'd be worthwhile to bump this thread. Probably won't be the last bump this year. Just for the record: Currently the votes are 69:31% for Michael.
