April 14th 2012 1st metrowest MA spring cars and coffee-Natick

There has been lots of discussion here about a MA gathering so I chatted with a few members and came up with a spot that should work for most metrowest folks.

I thought about a spot that's accessible for most coming from 9, 495, the pike or 95 and came up with a spot on the Framingham/Natick town line. It's across from the AMC theater on Flutie Pass near the mall and shoppers world in a very large unused parking lot. It's close to everything including dunkin donuts, 2 Starbucks, restaurants and a bazillion other things so you can make a day of it.

This is an overflow lot for AMC that is 100% empty 100% of the time and big enough to hold hundreds of cars.

Be there Saturday April 14th at 1:00 for an hour or 2 to catch up with the local Ferrari yokels
Ferraris not required

Rain date Sunday the 15th Noon

I figured it is was weekly then you would have just a few people show up...maybe. But once a month or every 6 weeks in the spring through the fall you could get a good turnout.

It would be fun to have a mobile auto detailer there or some grilling in the summer. I invited Alex from driven perfection detailing.

 

I'll bring my bag of tools, hoses and belts.

Its the overflow lot across the street Well all just say we're there for the 1:00 show. I live in natick and I've only ever seen the lot used for the most hyped summer blockbuster on a Friday night. They usually pile it full of snow from all of the surrounding shopping lots. Well be fine there.

Excellent. I'll certainly be there with my afternoon coffee in hand. If anyone has any trouble I live close by and should have any tool that you need.
