Ferrari execs have said that the FF's AWD system wouldn't be used on the 599 or California replacement.
new 599 should have the FF system IMO. seems a waste to leave it off. it's that good. it could be a packaging issue though, there may not be enough room?
Ferrari have stated numerous times that the 4WD system is a bad-weather tool and that it is not befitting of super-sportscars! The proper transmission for supercars is RWD as it is lighter, has less parasitic losses and gives better feeling to the driver; faster around a track too! 4WD is good for inclement weather conditions.
Sorry guys. It is indeed a teaser from I.G.: http://twitter.com/#!/IDGiugiaro/status/172674845077807104/photo/1

Are they actually showing F152 in this teaser movie? To me, it looks like some parts of 458 Italia and Spider + FF and another convertable (Aperta?)... Maybe because F152 is all the best from those in 1 car! ;-)
Another still shot from the recent new teaser video. those rear haunches look to be great. Hope the side vent some of these lines will lead to is just as nice. Gosh.. this looks to be awesome! 29th cant come quickly enough... GT Image Unavailable, Please Login
The invitation only to clients took place yesterday for the F152, I have a good friend who attended and text me with a brief report, strictly no photos, all smart phone and cameras were given stickers, the 152 is lower front and rear to 599, overall looks much more aggressive. this supercar is the fastest on the market 0-200km/h. All gets revealed on the 29th
