this video really shows off how beautiful the car is!![/QUOTE]

Wow, looks fantastic! They do need to have a word with their CGI guys, though. You'd get fired at my studio if you came to me with something like that for such a prestigious product and told me that was the finished thing!

I think the car is amazing!!! I had some doubts after seing the leaked pic and how the back would be but, after watching this final images i must say this will became one of Ferrari great gts...i loved the 550 and the 599, in this one goes one step further....after some disapointment with the ff, this really shows Ferrari can still make beautiful cars. From every angle the car is very agressive but i think they managed to put it all together very well, the back is awesome...i´m really "proud" of this Ferrari!!!

Funny you say that as my motion graphics guy could do a better job! Maybe too many cooks spoiling the broth...

Apples and oranges again. The 8C is really nice sort of 60's looking. This car looks modern to me. Where have seen a curving rear end like this one before? Never. The Alfa... many times in the past.

Both good looking but one looks like a period piece and the other from today.

I will be curious to see how that F1 light passes DOT certs here in the USA. There are a tremendous amount of regulations about how/where lamps can be placed on the rear of a vehicle.

That said, I like the car (despite the obscene amount of unnecessary BHP.) The styling works quite nicely.

Yea it would be a dam shame if you guys in the US did not get the car due to your "DOT certs" and regulations :(
Not to worry, we in Europe will let you guys know how it drives :)

All the more surprising considering how good the CGI stills of the exterior are. This video is the sort of thing we'd give to a high profile client for final sign off before we go to final render. Car does look bloody good though. And given the fact that all recent Ferraris look so much better in the flesh than they do in pics, I think I might faint when I see one of these for real!

It's going to do a lot more damage to that curving rear end. It's all plastic though. That's the downside.

Hmmm the SLS has a rear light thats tiny and placed in a similar location; i don't think it will stop it from passing though , i assume they already know it will pass !

Shouldn't the F12berlinetta be in a section with the FF rather than the 599/612?

Seems to have more in common structurally and engine wise than with the 599/612?

    Just my 2p

Yes, the upper side view at 23 seconds really shows off the sharpness of this car which IMO is what the 599 should have look like from the beginning.

I think the era of the jelly-bean look is finally over at Ferrari.

Yeah, at the very least it should be move out of the 599 section.

It´s the new twoseater, frontengined 12 cylinder. So I think it should remain in this section.

It's the spiritual successor to the Daytona, Maranello, 599.

I like the official photos better than the leaked ones. I still think the design tries too hard, doesn't seem effortless, is too busy. But Ferrari know their market far better than I ever will. And the specs are truly impressive. If it's lighter, smaller and faster, I'm all for it.

I wonder whether most cars will leave the door at over 400k US?

But the sections are roughly separated by engine type, which is why the 550/575 are in a different section than the 599 and the 458 is in a different section than the 360/F430 and the 355 and so on.

The mechanicals, incuding the engine, don't have much in common with the 599, as far as I know.
