To each there own I guess. Looks like a 550/575 rear ended a FF then got side swiped by a California and Alfa. That side swoop looks like a nod to the TR without the strakes. Car would have been better without it. I don't think this will ever be called elegant. Anyone able to photoshop a spyder?

I love it. Much better than the silver wooden model.

    1) Why is there only two leather colors on the configurator ?

    2) Why is there a "Cell phone" on the rear bumper ?

Agreed. This is much better looking than the 599; it's very 550/575-esque and that's a good thing. Want it!

Yes. Note to self, "don't get silver". It is interesting to note that of the two custom colors for this car one is silver. Maybe they are seeing something I am not. Probably seeing the thing in person and not through a silly computer.

Lovely from all angles. Love the wide flat rear, roofline/fastback, fenders, dropnose, sweeping lines...the agression, the elegance.

Can't wait to feel the impression and presence of her in the flesh.

    Mmmm mmm....I'm excited.

    Bravo!

For the record, I don't see any blatant tribute in the rear to the 8C or even somehow that LFA.

I see 275, TR, 550, 599... and a step forward in design. Even a little bit F1 car (not considering that rearlight)

The 8C rear gives me a vintage/retro vibe...not in a bad way, but not F12. Of course, they both have single circle taillights--a similarity.

WOW! WOW!! WOW!!!! I could stare at this car all day! Love it!!! I'm sure many of you were like me, hoping for the best, but almost afraid to click on the F12 link on Ferrari's homepage this morning, out of fear of being disappointed. So much for those unfounded fears!! I thought the silver spy shot showed promise, but DANG...this thing is an answered prayer!!! The F12 is downright MEAN and SEXY, rolled into one devastatingly mesmerizing package! First the 458, then its Spider, and now the F12... Ferrari is on FIRE (not referring to engine fires)!!!!!! LOVE IT!!!!!

Looks nicer than the spy shots.

    However

The rear end looks like it's wearing a thong, a man thong...... :(

Best shot is directly behind. Otherwise, I am skeptical until I see it in person.

The big Ferrari's look more and more like Corvette's from model to model 550-599-F12

I've got to see it in the metal, but on screen it looks too big for me. Just because it is big, it doesnt have to look big, im thinking 'Meduse', the 60m Feadship , she's 'big' but is so well proportioned she doesn't look big.

W O W. Interesting concept of the air bridge to keep the rear down at high speeds...

I don't see the side 'swoosh' as a nod to the cheese grater of the testarossa at all.
I don't see much Alfa 8C or California either!
There are references to the FF both outside and in. Of course that makes sense since both. Cars have front-mid V-12s.

    Totally agree.

What few people are mentioning here is that it's really an Italian muscle car. And, on that level, I really like it.

The 458 is a sports car.

The F12 is a muscle car

The California is a daily driver

The FF is a family/business car.

The Enzo replacement will be an ultimate dream car.

It all makes real sense when you see them in this perspective.
