I'll assume your 355 was the one parked next to mine. It was looking pretty stellar. Not sure if we met face to face or not -- talked to so many people. Can't wait to do it again.

Yes, that was mine. I can say that for sure as it was the only 355 there. I don't believe we met. So many great people and cars it is hard to take it all in in 2-3 hours.

I sure liked that parking spot.
The diffused lighting obscured some paint imperfections. ;)
Jeff, it was nice meeting you and thanks for letting me sit in your 328!

My thanks to you as well, David. You looked quite at home in the 328 ;)

Never been in a TR before. I'd love to experience it on the move.

Paint imperfections? Didn't see any from where I was standing; it just shows you drive your car. What were those gauges for in the engine-bay if I may ask?

I installed twin vacuum gauges to monitior intake vacuum. The gauges are turned off when
adjustments are not being performed. It comes in handy as the TR requires frequent balancing of the engine banks. If you noticed the "Ferrari" meter scales I made those myself. ;) Yes it would be fun to give rides; I haven't experienced a 328 or 308.

With a 90% chance of rain for Saturday, there is better than a 50% chance they will be correct. Let's hope we get decent weather next week.

Thanks again to the 180 cars who showed up last week! Let's keep it growing!

Well boys and girls, it looks like we're on for Saturday, April 7! With a record opening day two weeks ago of 180+ cars, we've definitely started the season right. Here are a few pictures of the size of the event if you missed it. Thanks to all of you for making this one of the coolest car events north of LA! Don't forget the car show that starts at noon at UW Red Square. Be there and be square!

I am in again. Can't wait. The weather looks great. I'm thinking out driving out to XXX Rootbeer in Issaquah after for some lunch and then a drive back home to Seattle via I90 afterwards.

Sorry I've scheduled the Ferrari Club Annual Meeting this Saturday at 10am in Seattle.
Who knew it wouldn't be raining?

Loved your first event of the year and will definitely make the next one.

I'll be at UW Saturday afternoon, but might have family stuff to do in the morning. Was a blast on opening day, though :)

Yes, it was lighter by about 60 cars. First day is always big compared to average days. We never have any idea what the day will look like except for special event days. We keep growing but it's not entirely linear. Some days we're surprised by the turnout in either direction. We thought Saturday would be light because there were three competing events and a lot of regulars out of town for Easter. Spectator participation is on the rise too, but also seems to follow similar patterns. We will be swamped on our first 70+ temp day, especially if it's a warm morning.

We've never had a week where we didn't see something new from somewhere. I think that's the biggest surprise for me. After starting this in 2009, I've only missed about five Saturdays and in that time, I don't think we've ever had a single day without something new and different.

Agreed. There always seem to be something new and different to see. Love it!

We are on for Saturday April 14! The weather is looking good and temps will be in the upper 60s! We had 125+ cars last week and that was with three competing events!

For those new to the event, the entrance is on the east side of the lot at the intersection of NE 72nd Way and 166th Ave NE. Roll down your window as you arrive and we will direct you to a row and someone will help you park. If you're a spectator, parking is on the west side of Claim Jumper. If you want to put something into your GPS, iPhone or Droid, or other smart phone to get you there, Desert Fire is a good target. It's just off 166th and Bear Creek Parkway.

Please note that Matt's has opened a special section to those who wish to grab lunch after E@RTC. See you Saturday!

I will be there as a specator only this week. My 355 is laid up in the garage getting headers and test pipes. Sounds like it's going to be a great weather.

So far, something new every time. Love it! The pair of 512 BBi's were a nice touch too. Got a chance to talk with Bob (?) -- owner of one of them -- for a while. Nice to meet you.

Whomever owns the Diablo with the wicked paint job also deserves a thanks: Nice to be able to sit in one for the first time in my life: In the driver's seat with the engine running no less. :) Of course I touched nothing, but it was so tempting to give the throttle a little blip... Just a little one... But I didn't want to ruin the trust. Thanks!

We had 120 cars yesterday, which is another great turnout. I'm there just about every week and yes, we get something different all the time. It's never the same cars. Rob own's the multi-colored Diablo. Great guy.

Thanks to everyone for coming out. It was nice to see a new batch of Ferraris come out, a few we've never seen before!
