Congratulations and well done. I am sure it must be very satisfying to have done this work yourself.

I look forward to your photo diary and details of how you achieved this.

I like this a lot. But couldn´t we save this and all other instructions in a portfolio on this forum?
So I know where to look when I need information.

I think there's a little more to removing the headlights than is stated here...

Love these threads, so much knowledge at the tips of our fingers, nice to see it all being shared.
I recently did the minor service on my 360, I was going to post some pics from that but seeing Roc's it seems kind of irrelevant now.

Keep up the good work lads.

Great thread. Thanks for putting in the effort.

I see you did the belt change. How did you adjust the belt tension when you finished?
I do understand the offset on the tensioner bearing but just curious how you checked the actual tension.

    Thanks

I could have worded that differently.
I appreciated the OP's efforts to provide pictures and commentary on the headlight removal (among other tasks). For the life of me, I could not get the headlight out of the housing without partially disassembling it. Once I removed the adjustment bracket, it slid right out. Specifically, it slid right under and out of the wheel well. For some strange reason, the new headlight slipped right in (and back out, and back in) without the bracket being removed. Seems that the headlight must be tilted in such a way that the bracket follows a "channel" on the inboard side (the trunk side) so it can slip out. Other than that, it is pretty much straightforward. If anyone needs to replace a headlight, feel free to PM me.
