CRAP CRAP CRAP .....and I dont mean the car. I mean that it looks fantastic and now Im going to have to buy one.

It has the gorgeous curves of the original design and brings back the original shape of the side vent - which was a huge problem for me on the SRT-10.

    CRAP !

I don't like the fascia or the headlights. The headlights remind me of a California.

And the hood vents! That's not Viper, it's Ford GT. Oh well, there will always be the GTS.

ZR1 territory, which is a bit more apples-to-apples now that the Viper will be somewhat civilized (eg traction control).

When I see the pricing on the new 991 this seems very cheap.

I might have to buy my first Viper.

Both, in fact. Great story, but I don't think many people want to read about it here. It's out there if you want to Google for the long story.

I had fun in practice with Mr. SRT CEO. I went off after I was confident I'd learned some of his tricks, then he immediately went off. That was amusing.

Basically, I got a handle on the car during race 1, going from 13th to 8th:

The next day, I had great pace in qualifying and cut a freaking tire on my first hot lap. Qualified 13th again, finishing 8th again. Coulda, woulda, shoulda probably qualified in 6th or 7th, but that's racing. Made a great pass in the grass at the start, though:

    And there you have it.

America (F*** YEAH) only. Wasn't televised in Canadia at all.
