You wouldn't believe but a year passed and he still owes me my ~3500 euros. No parts, no money and no respond.

 

Oh dear, this guy Orlando Vetrano is a real piece of work.
I enquired about a new part. After MANY requests he finally sent a photo -- of a different part ! AND it was used.
I could just make out in the poor photo that it was not the part he told me it was and also it was used -- two fairly important points for a gearbox selector fork.
The price he wanted was Euro 2000 and he wanted it Pay Pal now.
Fraud ??

As for Mr Wael from Dubai he gave us a P.O Box address and items are stuck at shipper! We sorted this out and they will be with him straight after the Easter Break (2 days).Parts cost double what he paid for !!!

As for the daytonaman I never received so hilarious emails which contradict one another!

I gave him Paypal option and everyone knows with Paypal their is no risk!

Since the person still insists calling me a scammer even before doing business with me, I offered that I send the part (selector fork) to my brother which is in Australia (where Daytonaman claims to be) and take the new fork to him and my brother can show him how to install it since my brother has worked on the best exotic cars in Australia as a qualified Mechanic!
The guy backed out!!!!!!! and started writing all excuses and trying to contact other Ferrari parts sellers worldwide writing very childish things!!!!!!

I except paypal!!!!!!!!!!!! N.1 guarantee for anyone wanting to buy from me!

I have thousands of clients otherwise would of closed years ago! If 3 on 2000 a year has complaints its normal! We try to help everyone out their! For who writes garabage is usually people that tryed it on me and when they see they don't get it their way start writing garbage here on Ferrari Chat!

I sell to many Ferrari Concessionaries also! and have many clients which keep coming back !!!!

Obviously you can't please everyone! As all you Ferrari owners which own Business know you get the jack a-- from time to time in any business!

The guy from spain!!!!! Show the invoice for 348 rear bumper!!! they cost 2000 euro the most which is 2600 dollars not 6000 dollars!!!!!!!

By the way bumper was new and I have photos of it No damage!!!

If it got damaged in freight you was informed to complain to shipping company !!! You did not!!!!!!!!!!



The guy claiming I owe him 3500 is what he says !!! As we sent him the parts! He then found a bonnet on ebay second hand and tried returning a damaged bonnet back to me!!!!! The bonnet was not how I sent it to him! Then he decides I owe him 3500 euro!! WOW more expensive than what I sell bonnets for!!!!!!!

Their is many parts sellers which do everything to fight against each other!!!....Looking at this thread going backwards you can see that their is one particular seller which has it with me!! All I know is that I judge a vendor by how he/she/they treat their customers when things go wrong.

I'm pretty sure I know who I will do business with, and who I won't -- and this thread helps seal those decisions.

if he has more than one name on site, under same IP, i believe that's an automatic ban.....on the flip side, maybe this active exposure will help pressure enough, for a few members to get something back out of him (big maybe?) :dunno:

 

He keeps talking about how you are perfectly safe using Paypal to buy from him. But if he transfers the money out of his Paypal account, there is nothing for Paypal to pay back to you. You may get Paypal to agree that he owes you money but unless there is cash in his account, there is not much they can do about it. I know this from a very bad experience. This guy is really a piece of work. I think that he has forgot to refill his prescriptions. It is funny that his only people to have complained happen to all be here on FChat. For some reason, I have a feeling there are a few others out there.

 

The guy you are talking about is not just claiming but proving his words. All of the proofs are in the original thread. I returned you the bonnet after our agreement on me returning and you paying me back. Only a month later I have found another bonnet. Bonnet is not the only part you was suposed to ship me. I tried several times to bring a fair agreement, I've been ready to swap the bonnet for some other parts I'm still in need.

this is my rule of thumb, when you visit a website to get something and the site is not even moderated/created using proper English, close the browser! this is evident from most China based websites.....and now of course, this very interesting Italian website speaks volumes....(i don't think he is Australian because Aussies speak good English...this guy is writing crap...now i can just imagine him challenging me to a debate in Italian)

I'm pretty new to the world of Ferrari and was recommended to one guy called Daniel from Ricambi in F-Life whom i had never heard of before and all i did was to go to their website to be convinced they were legit, read about them on these forums and I'v got my first shipment from them in today.....and i must say....am i pleased I did my first Ferrari parts transaction with them and prob will do so as long as I'm in the F-World.....Everything was precise, to the point and I even got advice on certain issues from Daniel from time to time in regards to my car......I even got a free Workshop's Manual which I had not even asked for...all i told him was that I did not have one and he threw one in for me for FREE.....(not a "free gift" to make me shut up on a piece of crap hood sent in or something) this was a Free Gift because they wanted to just give me one....I guess its called customer care which is not in the Italian dictionary....

so plz mods, don't ban this joker from La Scuderia Rossa....he is entertaining and makes the whole world want to be aware of people like him.....

Evening. I have just been defrauded by Orlando Vetrano. For 2 months he has been promising me an undertray for my 612. Last week he said he was on the way to Maranello to collect it. Now he has rejected all my emails and will not answer my calls. Quite clearly he has stolen my 2580 Euros. Can anyone help me to trace him and get it back or recommend a way to shut him down. I am contacting his local Guardia di Finanza tomorrow to file a case against him and I am getting his site closed down. Goodbye Lascuderiarossa. Sean.
