    Can anyone recommend a good Laser jammer and radar detector combo that actually works? Also can any Canucks confirm these working in Ontario/Quebec?

    I've read that valentine 1 and Passport 9500ix are the best out there, but in Quebec cops pretty much only use Lidar...so I'm guessing these would be useless unless used as a back up with a laser jammer, in case the cops are using radar.

    Not sure if these are worth it? Prices seem a bit steep at 1100$ for the pair :S I'm sure you can get it down south for a lot cheaper. Perhaps down in Dallas...

    Do they really work? I can see a jammer working if it was really a jammer and you were flying over enemy territory in your f-16. I just have a hard time believing a <$1k box is going to save me from a speeding ticket.

    I would like to be wrong, as I love going fast. :)

    LOL...I believe the jammer jams the Lidar long enough to warn you with a bleep. I'm just curious if any canucks have actually used this and can vouch for it. Quebec Highway patrol (SQ) are complete wankers to say the least. Not to mention Longueuil (South Shore) cops...wow talk about racial profiling.
