I had the passenger seat back adjustment handle snap on me & didn't know if there was a suitable replacement, 348spy told me he made his own but I just ended up buying a used lever from Ferraripartsexchange for $50. :( Has anyone else had this problem?

I'm in the UK so some of these things may only apply here:

Apec Handbrake shoes (full axle set ie. all 4 shoes) Part# SHU732 £31.20 instead of £240 from Ferrari

Ferodo Brake pads either front or rear Part# FDB451 £23.57

    Beru Ignition coils Part # 413510060 £55.14 from www.Carparts4less.co.uk

Bosch Ignition Modules Part# 415330560 £57.60 from www.eurocarparts.co.uk when used with one of their discount codes off homepage

Instead of buying a front fog/driving lamp for UK - order a Japanese one which is identical but costs around £250 instead of £500+ !!!! Outrageous IMO

Is there someplace I can buy part # 60868600 cheaper than $400 plus dollars or another part I can buy that can do the same thing?

Just spoke to VDO technical support about my oil pressure sender. Based on the stampings on my oil pressure sending unit, they told me that the sender I have is 10-180ohms, TEN Bar/150 psi Unit with a dual post set up. One post for the guage and one for the oil light.

So, I ordered a VDO 10-180ohms, 10 bar/150psi dual post sender from EGauges.com. It is the same exact specs as the Ferrari sender except it has a 1/8 NPT thread which egauges offers the adapter to fit the ferrari. The Sender is Part#: 360-025 and the adapter is 1/8 NPT female x M18 X 1.5 male (Part# R7965)

The sender was $26.95 and the adapter was $7.60. That is a total of $34.55 plus shipping. Even adding second day air the total cost was only $54.00.

The Ferrari sender is $215.00 plus shipping.

I installed it and it works perfectly, just like it should. So, now we can all save $180.00 on the sender, Unless you need that horse on the box!!!!

    Hope this helps.

Found a great source for 348/355 OEM Piklington Sigla windshields with antenna & mirror clip included.

    http://www.prosourceglassintl.com/

I am in no way affiliated with this business but I bought my windshield and it cost me about 1000$ including shipping instead of the 3000$+ from Ferrari.

Also, the trick to saving the existing trim kit when changing the windshield is to remove the bottom part of the trim, then lift the glass and use the glass to pop out the side and top trim parts. This will save you 1000$+ for the trim kit and re-use the existing one.

also, contrary to some of the posts here, the front fenders do not have to be removed when changing the windshield.

Even a better deal! Sorry Glen, I forgot about Nuovalari. I've got a QuickSilver that I got on ebay for a steal so I was thinking about them when I wrote the comment.
