I don't know of any available ones, however, if you have one with broken parts or even missing a stalk I can restore it.

re: Ferrari 246 GT Dino Column Switch Part 103518 Excellent Reproduction New | eBay

    CAUTION:
The switch pictured is NOT A #103518. The picture shows a #116780 black stalk switch for an '81 - 85 308. 103518 used on the E series 246 has satin silver stalks, not black. Admittedly, other than the stalk color, a 116780 is a physical & electrical replacement for a #103518.

Assuming the picture is what they are selling, their Buy It Now $1,988.00 price is excessive. Price of a new 116780 from Marinello Concessionaires for £947.72[$1,459.21].

Thought you might be interested in a picture of this switch. I stripped the black stalks, refinished them to satin silver. It's for a Boxer, but one of the still aviailable black handled 308 switch like the one in the preceding post could be given the same treatment & would be correct for an E-series.

Down side is the refinishing process is labor intensive: The black finish penetrates into very fine pores & cracks in the steel stalk and is very hard to remove. It takes about 30 to 40 minuites with a mini sand blaster with ultra fine grit media to strip all trace of black from a stalk, leaving a smooth satin texture surface. Then the stalk is preped, plated twice with satin zinc, the plating solution is neutralized, and finally the stalk is given a satin clearcoat:
