HRT to miss Mugello test!

I actually disagree here. Just because cars aren't necessarily winning races doesn't mean I don't want to see them compete. Sometimes I'm just as interested in the midfield battles as the guys fighting for a win.

It's the guys like HRT that are so far off the pace they would struggle to beat a GP2 car that I have a problem with. They're just in the way and IMO don't belong in the pinnacle of motor sport if they can barely get a car done, not qualify within 107% etc etc. Even Minardi/Arrows had a few races where they scored points in the 1990s/2000s. HRT doesn't stand a chance.
