Just an incredible day today. It was decided that it was perfect Testa Rossa weather so we pulled the car out and got it ready. Went for about a 30 minute drive to really get it warmed up and then met up with about 10 other Ferraris at a local place for lunch. Half way through lunch it started pouring, with the TR not having a roof we jumped in to take it back to the garage. Driving in a 1950s race car with no roof or windshield is an interesting experience in the rain, tiny skinny tires didn't help things. We got it back to the garage safe and sound and wiped it down, I'm sure it's seen a whole lot worse than some rain in the last 50 years.

What an incredible car, I've never experienced anything like it and am so grateful I've been able to experience it. It is certainly worth every single penny and in the words of Ferris Bueller, "if you have the means I highly recommend picking one up".

I probably won't ever do a drive like this. The nearest was owning a 328GTS in Italy for four years. No comparison to a 250 TR but just driving any Ferrari in Italy is an experience I recommend to anyone who can pull it off. These cars are one of the gread legends of the country and are revered where ever they go. And then there are those roads and the sounds of those engines. tongascrew

Are these cars from one owner/ one garage? They are breathtaking! Wow. Is that a 375 - the one in white? Beautiful TR next to it. That is my dream garage one day....(along with a few other models that are not present) ;)

Chuck, it was a pleasure as always, can't wait to see your Daytona again.

No, they are all owned by separate owners.

Let me go through what I have and I'll post some more.

This has nothing to do with the nice pictures Chris has posted, but it has a lot to do with my curiosity. To me, since I was a wee boy, the 375 MM has been the God of ALL Ferraris. So, there is this one thing that I have always wondered but never asked about. Here it goes, some cars have out-laced wheels at all four corners while some have in-laced wheels at all four ends. But what throws me is the fact that some have a combination of both, where the out-laced wheels can be on either axle. What is with that?
