Anyone have a red book value for a 1984 308 GTS Quattrovalvole? I'm not familiar with the process, so I assume there is a retail and trade figure?

If we assumed the car was in good condition with 80,000 kms, what would it be?

Of course, I would say $50K, but what does the book think?

    Thanks for any info.

Being a bit serious, I've noticed that 308 prices have firmed in the UK and the USA, especially for a good 308 GTB but really good GTS still fetch good money......however in Australia, 308 seem like hard sales (too slow?).

I did see a good condition red 308 GTS Qv (UK import) a few months ago with around 50-60 000 km advertised at Lorbek for $69 000 and it sold within a week, which suggests it got somewhat near its advertised price. I didn't even get a chance to inspect it as it sold so quickly (much like the Maserati Khamsin I was keen on). I hope that helps.

Nope, mines an 1985 anyway, worth $50K on a good day, even when it's running!

I was curious about an "Official" value, friend has an '84, going through a divorce, his estranged wife thinks it's worth $300K. She also thinks their Range Rover (Of which they have negative equity) is worth $70K so she expects to be paid out $85k on a car they owe $100K. Dunno how she came with those figures. She does have nice titties though, I'd love to play with them.

As I said to him, "Well, you married her."

    So, she looks good then.
Sometimes (always?), renting is better then owning? I think I'm talking about women here;-)
What did Evel Knievel say? If it ****s, floats or flys, it gonna cost you A LOT of money................funnily enough, he didn't mention Ferraris and he did own a Daytona.
