    Hello.

Does anyone have any experience with service at Ferrari of Seattle dealership, Tru-Line Bellevue, or Park Place LTD also in Bellevue?

    Thanks

Ferrari of Seattle has a great reputation. Tru-Line I have never heard of. Park Place has a reputation that preceeds itself (not in a good way).

Everyone here will advise to go Alfa of Tacoma. What car are you looking to service?

There is also Bellevue Cars.com on 116th and NE 8th. They have one of the top ex mechanics from Ferrari of Seattle. However, I don't think you can go wrong with Ferrari of Seattle. I can't say enough about these guys and their work. Watching them rebuild a 265 then setup a 458 Challenge to a major engine overhaul on a F40. All flawless.

    Wow! Another '87 328!

While Carlo at Alfa of Tacoma is by acclaim one of the best, he's currently booked up solid for six months (I just had a discussion with him yesterday). So if you're needing service the suggestions from the others above are your best bet for more immediate needs.

So far I've had an excellent experience with Jareme @ Bellevue Cars - he just did my 328's CV joints. If you're on the eastside, it's very convenient and they will give you a loaner car should you need one. Prices are fair. It's really great to see a good shop on this side of Lake Washington.

I would highly recommend Byron at Tru Line Bellevue. He is meticulous in his work and I am always a satisfied customer. He is also a straight shooter and will recommend a good course of action that will benefit you, the customer, rather than his bottom line.

Carlo is very well-respected for his abilities on your 328.

However, Ferrari of Seattle is a class-act operation.

Why don't you head on down there and talk to Mark. He runs the service side of things at FoS and he fixed my 355 when nobody else could figure out why I kept getting CELs. :)

Definitely NOT a normal "dealer mentality" at FoS; they strive for customer satisfaction without the infamous "let's just keep replacing expensive OEM parts until the problem is fixed" that plagues some authorized dealers. :)

Byron at TruLine in Bellvue is excellent. You can trust him completely and he is very accurate. My favorite example: Asking a customer who brought in a car primarily driven by his wife: "And how much does your wife weight?" (Of course he aligns the car with the drivers weight in place!)

Just had new wheels put on at Tru-Line in Bellevue. This was upon the recommendation of another FChat'r. You can now add me to the list that says Tru-Line is top notch.

I might also add that he asks this question of my wife with the appropriate tact. A brave man indeed..... ;) I'm surprised that he doesn't have a doctors scale in the office. First because he is so accurate and second because all the women probably lie about their weight. He probably automatically adds ten pounds to whatever they claim.
