What do you think about ordering these options? Car color is rosso corsa.

Add red stitched cavallinos (the horses in the head rests) about $1,200 as I remember. Mine has beige interior, red stitching, red piping, red inserts, and red stitched cafallinos in the Daytona seats, just didn't go for the red seat belts but they probably would look great too.

Forgot to mention that the seats are beige, standard seats.

I have tan leather, red horses (must have), red stitching.
Did not go for red seatbelts, but was in doubt.
Glad I did not get them. I saw them for real in another Cali and I did not like them at all. They look too orange and look simply out of place.

Are the piping and special stitching mutually exclusive options? It appears that way on the configurator, but wouldn't the color contrast stitching also be visible on the seating surface areas where there is no piping?

Yes, they are separate options. The contrast stitching is visible on the seat surface along the horizontal creases, but cannot be seen well on the low-res picture I attached.

The interior of most Ferrari's has a lot of design elements going on. So even without a lot of custom options like piping stitching inserts carbon fiber, there is plenty to keep the eyes happy.

Obviously it's is a matter of your taste-and a persons taste has a tendency to change or vacillate over time, too!

The California's standard seat to my eye, does look a little plain. Adding piping and the stitched horse does dress things up.

On the other hand, if the seats were Daytona style , I actually prefer no contrasting stitching or inserts or piping.

Here you have a monochrome interior, so the contrasting stitching is a nice accent.

In a car with two tones ie black dash and tan or cuio, and with Daytona or cross stitched seats and the need for more style like red stitching is not so great.

    But to each his own!

Yes the daytona seats hold up to wear and tear really well due to all the additional stitching and strips of leather on the seat.

They also take a while to get broken in.

Disagree on the stitching/piping with the Daytona seats.

I have Cuoio interior, Nero stitching/piping, Nero stitched Cavallinos. Great! Actually passed on the Nero inseerts, but might do it next time around.

    Will post some pics later.

K1Spyder, the red seat belts look like they really match well to the red body color in the photo. Does it look as nice in real life?

IMO The color of the belts as well as the piping and stitching match Rosa Corsa perfectly
