do someone actually live in it ? I looks like another arcitechural show off building impossible to live in.... But .... I really like the location and the "dream" to live like this but have problems in combining reasonable familylife with this kind of designs.

And living in a part of the world with 8 month of temperatures below +10 Celsius (around 50 F) it is impossible with this kind of windows

    but I keep dreaming :)

Is it really a bathroom? It looks more like a showroom for bath fixtures. 5 different types of vessel sinks, different models of toilets, no privacy, spotlights on the fixtures...

I think the design is brilliant. I'm just curious, what about it makes reasonable family life impossible? If anything, I find all the glass and the coordination of indoor and outdoor spaces to promote good family life. I don't see a TV in there...another good point for family life. The home is surrounded by natural beauty (exactly the kind of environment I would want to raise children). Looking through the windows, I do think the furniture is a bit too sparse for a family of four and I might want some built-in storage so toys / etc have their place out-of-site. Other than that..not sure what makes this home inherently ill-suited to family life.

Hello, i am thinking of outdoor activities, where do you play football/soccer with your son, where do you try out your new radiocontrolled car? who is cleaning all the windows when your children made one millions fingerprints on them.

I am not sure of the correct word but the "fences" is easy to climb trough, three horisontal metalrods dont keep out my 8 year old son.

Of course You can put in some more storage and better suited furniture.

Can You imagine, the soundlevel from 5 kids in this space, playing around

But ........... as I said earlier I love the dream to have the possibility to live like this

The other property shown was 1546 Viewsite. The main floor is seriously amazing, the lower levels are so-so.. with 2 master bedrooms and a random yoga studio accessible from the 2nd, basically more space than developer knew what to do with... needed 2 stories not 3. Perfect for the bachelor, okay priced yet I'd keep looking...

The home has a sliding glass wall on the lower level. Even thought it is located on the coast, could you open it at night without filling the entire home with flying insects?

Don´t really like it....it´s a grat house of course but the hole project simply does not appeal to me, given the location and the money spent, i believe a lot more could have been achieved.
