Bend Pak lifts are pretty good, I haven't seen too many problems with them. They stand by their warranty is service is pretty quick. My dad is listed on their site as an installer and we take care of warranties in the Houston area. I've seen Bend Paks lifts that are more than 20 years old and still going strong. It's very rare to revisit lifts that we've installed to fix warranty issues or defects.

If you don't want to buy a Bend Pak but want to buy with confidence. You can find a tool salesman that sells equipment to auto shops. They'll sell lifts for homes and typically have a warehouse stocked with a couple lifts. You can see what you're buying and you might be able to haggle on pricing.

Superlifts has been taken over by gemini but keith goolsby is selling lifts under the company USAUTOLIFT.COM. If you look at his website you will notice the wording is very close to the wording on geminis website about what kind of lifts he can provide. My thought is he is just selling gemini lifts on his website as an independent salesman. Must be because of his relationship with mitch chance who is heavily involved with gemini that they would allow someone who screwed so many people to work for their company. Kary Poplin is the registered agent for USAUTOLIFT 403 Elm ST PO Box 32 Holland Mo. 63853-0032. It was created Jan 9 2012. Anyone can check this out dont just take my word for it simply google missouri business entity search, click the include all words and enter usautolift, gools or superlifts. You will notice that gools llc owns superlifts. I would think looking at all of this goes to show a pattern of deception where he opens a company then takes money closes down and reopens again under a different name. This seems like flat out fraud to me looking at the dates the companies have been shut down then reopened. Just giving everyone a heads up maybe this will help someone out to either get their money or keep anyone else from falling victim to this (as I believe) con-man.

To bring this back to the top. For those who have been following this tread, it apears that Keith Goolsby is back, now operating under the name USautolift.com. He owns the domane name and it is registered to him at a PO box in Aurora, MO, the town of other multilple lift companies he has owned.

For whatever it is worth..I was going to buy a lift from them, spotted this thread, and went to the Russo & Steel Auction to buy a lift from Mid-America. Paid with a Visa, delivered on time, and works like a champ.

The FBI is working with the missouri attorney general building a case against Mr. Keith Goolsby right now. So anyone who has lost money to him may want to contact either one of them. Sorry I do not have the numbers.

Thanks for keeping it going and getting these scammers. I ended up getting my money back but from my CREDIT CARD COMPANY (not Dustin Rose , Keith Goolsby or Superlifts). Superlifts kept the money and never delivered the product -- my CC compnay is the one who ended up losing.

Dustin was my main contact, the guy stringing me along and the guy spouting lies. "Hey sorry, I'm here at Barrett-Jackson selling tons of lifts, we're the goto guys for high end car guys. Real cool I get to be seen on TV... yeah sorry we are backed up... just trying to fill all our Barrett-Jackson orders..."

When it collapsed he claimed "Hey I'm just a young guy with a wife and baby trying to feed my family. I was just doing what I was told." He knew exactly what was going down the whole time. Now it's time to face the consequences of being a rip-off artist.

I would ask the Barrett-Jackson people. They told me they banned Dustin Rose and Superlifts from their auctions after all the complaints. They must know what he looks like.
