I uploaded these to a different thread a few days ago, but I'll post them here, too. Just got a Nikon D5100 and have been playing with it and Lightroom. Feedback is appreciated, but understand that a few were edited just for fun. Very nice. Feedback? I'm not a big fan of the tilt-shift look. Not sure if that's what you were going for.
Thanks, and I'm glad you like them. It's only about a 20 min drive to the area from my house. Thank you as well. I used the miniature mode on the camera for the tilt-shift look on a few of the photos. I'm a fan of it when it works. I'll have to upload a vido I made in Vegas using miniature mode. It's pretty amazing looking when you get it right.
Awesome, love the tilt shift-esque (not the TT one, no one likes small TTs ) and the waterfall images!
It works for me on the third image (with the buildings in the middle). Not so much on the first. To my eyes, the mountain should be fairly sharp. But the exposure and colors are great!
Recent shots. Some showing I had too much time on my hands *hehe* Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

Hehe, very funny! I'm sure you've seen the "TT LOVER" sticker I have on the back from my Facebook pictures. Thanks Blackwood. I've got some sharper mountain pictures I'll post tomorrow if it gets slow at work. I'm a big t/s fan but can't afford the real lens right now. It would be great to have and play with.
Me too. I had the money for one, but opted out of it, thinking I got better use of a 70-200mm. I of course based that on where I am. 100 miles from Copenhagen (that still don't have really tall buildings) and in one of the flattest spots in Europe. I would have to go to Frankfurt, London, Norway or Southern Europe every time I would use it, if I should be able to justify it. Of course... When I get the money again I will buy it because I plan on travelling a bit more i the future
I'll probably rent the 24mm TS-E next time I go on a landscape kinda trip. Not to make false miniatures, but to correct for distortion when the camera can't be held level. It's quite a lens, but yah really expensive. Anyway, here's a jellyfish at a local aquarium:
50mm Lens Canon T1i. I am trying to practice with it as much as I can. I ran them through LR4 Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
