    I have a 2003 360 spider, manual transfer.
I've noticed that there is a space for an additional switch next to the sport mode selector. Is there an equipment option that is installed here?

Hmm, never heard of rear fog lights before.

Has anyone installed anything else in this spot? Looks strange to have it empty.

They also make a dummy switch that could go there. It looks like all the other switches but doesn't do anything.

Many European cars have them. They look like the brake lights are on.

And like all Ferrari parts, they are hugely expensive.

Heck even here in the USA every commuter car I have in my residential garage has them standard. Benz S-class (pull the headlight switch), Benz E-class (again, pull) its pretty common Spiro. Volvo's, BMW's, Porsche's.

Noteworthy: The function turns on a bulb on one side ONLY in many cases - so that it WONT look like your just riding the brake. This function is supposed to get you're attention. And I can tell you I have been told by many people that they see my rear fog light when I use them. Cause they all say "hey you have one brake lite stuck on" But that just confirms to me that they see it - and that is a way better alternative than not being seen in fog.

Rear fog light. They're everywhere. Get yourself one!

    A couple of things..

    1. Mine has a rear demister switch to control the rear screen demist.
    2. NZ and I think Aust cars are US spec but without a whole bunch of stuff. They are like a mix of Euro and US spec. I think I discovered this by looking at the build number. So they are almost like a third spec.

Really? I've had a BMW 745, 650 and 2 X5s in the garage...none of them had or have this feature.
