Pirelli are bringing a new tire to test at the practice sessions this Friday. It is said to have a much wider operating range, temp wise that is. I truly hope they get serious and allow it to be run.

Ferrari are rumored to be bringing a new nose.

    Mclaren, MB have big upgrades.

RB have their new 'tunnel' further tweaked.

    Sauber are bringing minor upgrades.

I think Jensen will finally have some Silverstone luck, so he's my bet for the win. I predict the Mclaren's being quickest here with RB, MB, Lotus being not far behind.

I don't know. We shouldn't forget at Valencia Vettel was a full 20 seconds clear (a whole pitstop) before the safety car. Grosjean was right on his ass until the alternator failed, Raikkonen was getting there and of course, Hamilton (not many walls to hit this time round...:D).

I think a Vettel win, 2 Hamilton and with a bit of luck, Raikkonen 3rd (if not better...!).

What upgrades do MB have? Their exhaust is looking really primitive at this point...

FWIW, Caterham are also claiming to have a raft of updates ready to go here as well.

I reckon this could be their first points scoring race and they'll get in front of STR. Which would make me very happy! :)

Beyond that, way too tight to call IMO.

    Cheers,
    Ian

How much of that gap was caused by Hamilton backing up the pack to save his tyres for later in the race though?

word is Ferrari has changes already for both silverstone and germany ...i don't know it will help massa, but should help alonso keep a front runner

will redbull have thier problems sorted by silverstone? i think so, it was quite a let down in spain

i think mclaren will make an extra effort to show well at home, but button has been lackluster, so we'll see?

the mercs could place well, i'm a shumi fan, but rosberg could do well if gets a lucky break

Mark this post: If Hamilton wins, I will run through the streets naked waving the British flag.
