Nice day for a show in Redmond. Nice ride Mike!
Thanks for coming out everyone! We had 208 cars show up. It was another terrific turnout. Don't forget, we have Ferrari Day coming in two weeks. Should be one of our biggest events of the season!
Hi Everyone- Exotics at Redmond Town Center has become the largest weekly gathering of exotic cars north of Los Angeles. The event takes place every Saturday morning (weather permitting) just east of Seattle at Redmond Town Center, Redmond, WA. If you Google the name you can find thousands of photos and videos from prior weekly events. We're also on Facebook. In two weeks, on July 21, we're holding our fourth annual Ferrari Day and this year we hope to gather more Ferraris than anywhere on the West Coast. Last year we had more than 70 Ferraris show up and we will easily surpass that number. This event also draws out some of the rarest and most valuable Ferraris in the world. We typically host 200-270+ exotic cars every week and it's grown into one of the most respected gatherings of exotics anywhere in the US. We'd love to see more Ferraris come down from Canada and participate. We have a special hotel rate at the Redmond Town Center Marriott of $99.00 a night for the weekend. The Rate Code is L9Z if you wish to overnight and take in Seattle. If you're driving down from Vancouver, there is a group that leaves out of Bellingham every Saturday morning for the 1.5 hour drive south. They would love to have more cars meet up with them for the drive. More chatter will be posted on the either the Facebook page or on the Northwest section of this forum as we get closer to the date. We hope to see you there!
Hi Portland area Ferrari owners! Exotics at Redmond Town Center has grown to become the largest weekly gathering of exotics north of Los Angeles and we're holding our annual Ferrari Day on July 21. Last year we had more than 70 Ferraris show up from just the Seattle area alone and this year we expect to draw a lot more, including Ferraris from other parts of the region. This is a chance to see some incredibly rare Ferraris from some of the best collectors around. This is really a premier event and worth spending the weekend in Seattle. Event details are on the Facebook event page, our website, and will be posted here with our usual weekly announcement. If you want to spend the night, we have a special rate at the Redmond Town Center Marriott of $99.00 a night. The rate code is L9Z and anyone is free to use it. You can find lots of photos from last year's event on our Facebook page. Hope to see you there!
Hi Everyone, The weather is looking good for E@RTC on Saturday. We're back to the normal lots this weekend and we're expecting another large turnout. We had 208 cars last week and given that we're using less space, if we see the lots getting close to full by 9 AM, we may have to limit what gets in due to parking constraints. We won't know until cars show up. Last week we had a few cars pull up who don't fit any definition of exotic or rare, or interestingly modified in any way; cars that were very common, and we ask people to use their own judgment. This show isn't about us, it's about putting together something for others to enjoy and we ask people to keep it in the spirit of what we intended. Next week is Ferrari Day and that promises to be a very large turnout as well. We will be using the center section for Ferraris only on that day. Hope to see you all Saturday!
Thanks for organizing this! It was fun to see the black MP4-12C. Here are my photos - http://www.flickr.com/photos/apexrally/sets/72157630574820376/ . Cheers.
Some shots from today. Not a big turnout but I had a great time. The lack of sun had something to do with it but it made for some great picture taking (cloud cover). Getting a chance to meet and chat with other Ferrari owners is a little easier when there are less people around. Hi Everyone, This Saturday is our annual Ferrari Day at Exotics at Redmond Town Center. We will again devote the center section of Redmond Town Center to Ferraris and last year we just about filled it and this year we will more than fill that section. We're working hard to get some rare examples to come out and we're expecting to see a wider draw than last year. We're also growing in the other lots so we could break 300 cars this Saturday. Our previous record is about 270. We are going to make extra room for the overage. Hope to see you there. We also have an overnight rate at the Marriott of $99.00 a night. Just use rate code L9Z. See you Saturday!
The Ferrari Club of America NW Region is honored to be working with Tom and Vic again this year. The Club membership is thrilled that we have been invited back by the ERTC to this wonderful event and will have an informational booth set up in the center section. BTW, we will have FREE Top Pot donuts for all FCA members that are wearing their membership badge (and ERTC thugs as well )! Let's show our numbers, so please wear your badge to this event. We will also be recruiting new members, so if you meet someone new, please invite them to stop by the booth and speak with Don, Randi or myself. Best wishes, Dave Handa Membership chairman NW Region FCA
Hmmm, let me check my calendar. Wow! The girls are gone on a trip to Idaho, so there's nothing on my schedule for the entire weekend. Just what will I do with myself?
I unfortunately will not be making this. I have been looking forward to this for awhile but the Klahaya Days soccer tournement just happens to be the same day :O(
We follow NOAA as our primary source for weather. We are on tomorrow because there is only a 10% chance of rain, and that's likely not around Redmond anyway. Our normal procedure is to cancel if the chance of rain averages 30% or higher on WeatherUnderground.com and weather.com. We don't follow the TV stations as much because they tend to rely on all the same sources we use.
I'm in. I had to do some exploratory surgery under the bonnet but I should be back on the road for tomorrow.
I'll miss you Mike... bringing the Lusso, wish you were going! ~Mark~ Image Unavailable, Please Login
