    Amazing how we presume with the erstwhile doings of others, others's doings always seem more relative than our own, as if we can play monopoly much better with someone elses pieces. Armchair quarterbacks.

    "Leverage" by definition, is something 'in your favor' or 'to be used as force to your advantage.' If someone is overleveraged, then they would have excess leverage, or advantage. Perhaps the term should be 'overextended.' In that case, the man is anything but that, by his own words.

    Depends. The market under $250k is selling like hotcakes

    Miami is FULL of Chinese & Brazilians snapping up Real Estate & other stuff so Miami is a boom town again as long as the Chinese & Brazilians stay.

    If the casino ever gets ok'd we'll likely see an even bigger boom in Miami
