Charity Event - Need your Cars and Support

Hi all,

We are raising funds this year for an organization called Unitycharity. Their website is www.unitycharity.com.

Unity was started 4 years ago by a young man, Michael Prosserman, 22 at the time (!), to help youths from 10-18 find their paths in life, and in turn become mentors and leaders. The after school programs target troubled youths, teaching them to express themselves through breakdancing, poetry, voicebox and legal graffiti.

In 4 years, Unity has reached over 70,000 youths all across Canada, including natives. Youths who have been through the programs are already joining internship programs and teaching/mentoring.

Over 82% of all funds raised go directly to the programs.

I know all of us who have the privilege of enjoying these wonderful cars look for ways to share our joy and passion. Please join us on Sat, Aug 11, for this very special and worthy charity.

We are looking for car owners to donate the following:
Rides, professional services and gifts for raffles.

Kids from the charity will be on hand to perform and meet with you. I would love to see us encourage and mentor them

All volunteers get free food and drinks (you are welcome to donate). I am arranging for the Graffiti artists to make something uniquely for you. We will also receive gift bags from us as a token of our deep appreciation

This charity is very close to my heart. I was that troubled youth all those years ago. Perhaps some of you can relate.

Saturday Aug 11. Event will start at 12, but would appreciate if cars can arrive around 11:30. Have a quick meeting and orientation, meet with the volunteers etc.

Thank you for your feedback. We've changed the date of the event to Sunday, Aug 12, from 12 noon -5 pm.
