The exhaust with the innotech headers seemed to be much louder. Does the innotech headers adds higher sound volume and a more aggressive note?

Yes, it brings up the overall volume and pitch of the exhaust by quite a bit!

The video in your first post sounds a little tame for a sport cat and muffler setup. Are you it has the sport cats?

New sound clip! IPE Innotech also revised pricing, it's slightly lower now and very well priced for a full system with valves!

You can clearly hear the the difference at idle being open and close.

That's my car. Still have the stock muffler on it, and installed innotech sport cats and tips. :)

Here's another shot with different angle. The stock muffler with their valves open is very aggressive and raspy sounding. The innotech muffler give you a more bassy tone at low rev and changes to a high-pitch note at higher revs. The yellow 458 belongs to my friend which has similar setup except for the muffler. We noticed a very different sound characteristic between the stock and innotech muffler.

FYI, the yellow 458 exhaust setup is a catbypass pipe with ipe valvetronic muffler.

Guys there has been a significant 10% price drop across the board passed along IPE! Catted systems are also an option for $350 additional!

How does the stock exhaust sound change after installing the 200 cell sport cats?
How much power gain is promised by the sport cats?

I'm thinking of buying IPE 200cell sport cats but after driving my friend's 458 with test pipes (which means no cats) w/stock muffler, I didn't like the new exhaust sound at all.

I also tried open valves on stock muffler and didn't like the sound at all. It is too raspy and unnecessarily loud at low rpms.

Hi Matt, I did purchase ipe f1 with cat bypass, will my check engine light turn on? The dealer told me it has a override delet check. And check engine light won't turn on. Is that true?

The dealer is GT autoconceps from California. Active delete override, that's what they told me.
My worrie is running short of fuel at full throttle due to the mods. May be its better to flash the ECU. They told me about a flash called "Zeus flash"..

Can you comment on how the sound is different between the stock and innotech muffler? Assuming the rest of the systems are otherwise identical?

Louder, as the innotech mufflers are way smaller than the stock ones
