Ferrari Mechanic Questions

Kept me going for twenty-five years, but I don't miss it...

 

I am a tech and my best friend works for the Ferrari dealer in my town. We do different work mine is efficiency driven and he has a "flat rate" pay also but if he only flags 30hrs he gets paid 70. If i flag 30 i get paid 30. But if i flag 170 i get paid 170 where he would max out at 100. My friend is a great tech but underpaid in my opinion. I say some are made for flat rate and some are not. I know techs that couldnt fix a sandwich if they got paid 100 hrs and i know guys that can do an absolutely perfect diag and repair in 1hr and get paid 10. It all comes down to you and your ability.
