    I don't see the two water drain holes in the front drain trough.
    Inboard of the hood hinges...
    Are they there?

    Might be the angle of the photo.

    Kinda hard to call the old new coke, old ;) but time does fly !

    Rock, you give the primer time to shrink, and then what ? You prime again , or it goes straight to paint ? Or is this an inside ancient Chinese secret ?

    My shurtz is also peeling, in a lot of areas, (exterior body sills, not engine or fuel tanks) pretty casually applied, back in the day!

    the original coating doesn't last forever and once it starts to peel the rust moves in.
