    I am concerned this change represents cost cutting which will diminish the quality of service. I always found Gino to be honest, well informed and helpful. I will consider alternatives.

    I'll be out there this coming Sunday to Thursday, I'll let you know what I find out.

    But, as another has already said, it's not a cost-savings move, rather customer service related.
