I called Baja Cantina yesterday morning and they said they are not taking anymore reservations for Thursday. We'll most likely eat elsewhere and then swing by to checkout the cars, music and activity.

Friday should be sick with McLaren at 6:30 and Ferrari at 7:30!

    I can't wait for both.

I know McLaren also has a Thursday event at 6:30 pm, but does anyone know other places to check out on Thursday evening?

Here are some of my tips

    - Avoid Carmel at all costs during the Thursday Pebble Beach Rally. It was today and is so crowded it becomes a chore and unpleasant. Instead go to the Tuesday Carmel Concorse

    - For Friday, for Italian it is either the Quail or Concorso. Don't try to do both. Legends of the Autobahn is a cool event if you like German stuff.

    - Saturday is all about Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca - but if you want something off beat, go to the Concours d'LeMons in Seaside

    - Arrive REALLY early for Pebble Beach

I walk in from Carmel at 5:30 am, plan to take a cab in this time, trying to get a good placement near car ramp but also cool to see cars roll in. Parking is far far away, take a bus in takes awhile at starts late like 8-9 am iirc, but if you have VIP parking....I've actually parked in Carmel just by the Carmel gate in the residential area and walked in through the golf course, not too far....
