I bought a new Lexus in 2010. And because of some serious mishaps getting my Clear-Bra installed they threw on their Trident Paint Guard Sealant for free.

Is there a way to measure or look at to determine if it is still on there?

It has a warranty and I just want to make sure its still there.

    Thanks.

Does water bead or form a large sheet and run off? That's what I have always used to determine if it was time for another wax job.

What happens when you wash the car, how does the water behave? If it beads do the droplets stand nice and tall and "perky" or are they flat? If you let a free flowing stream of water flow over the car what does the water do.........all runs off or does it stay sticky and adhere to the paint?

Most of these aftermarket "sealants" sold with a warranty are crappy. They bank on you NOT following the fine print in the warranty. We need to find you a top notch detailer in your local area to help you out.

    Cheers,
    GREG
