I signed up for the VIR Atom Course driving on the Patriot portion of the track. Has anyone ever done this? It looks like a really good time. Heres a video I found [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=noxiqnNxiew[/ame]
I owned the one below. I never got to track it, so I can't comment. But, oh my, do I miss that car. I went through hoops to get it road legal in PA. I was the third Brammo customer after Jay Leno and another gentleman. I had back surgery in 2008 or so and couldn't drive it. Or even get into it. It now has a home in Chicagotown. I asked the owner if I could buy it back. He laughed. Sigh. Matt Image Unavailable, Please Login
Absolutely - we had two driving with us last year at VIR. One flew by most of us and the other didn't. Very driver dependent, but very capable of excellent lap times. Looks to me similar to driving a single seat racer - is the gear box sequential? Robert
You are going to have a good time. Car gets to 60 in about 3 seconds. The car is rear weight biased, about 65%, so you have to respect the throttle. The steering is razor sharp. Here is a post I put up on the race series with some more videos: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=328827&highlight=atom
