so, im 2 years into my 348 restoration, complete interior refit, just had paint done, engine overhaul and service left to do then i go and get a brain tumour so no longer allowed to drive, cant work either so car must go. if anyone is interested in this as a nearly finished project let me know. only a few small areas left to complete. located in South of France. lots of time, money and love have gone in to this car and i will be sad to see her go. i will post some pics as soon as i can.

I am sorry to hear of what happened to you mate.

Looking forward to seeing pics, please post some when you can. I bet your car is a beauty, especially after all this work you have just completed.

Good luck with the sale, but more importantly......................take care of your health and I wish you all the best mate.

I hope that you recover. Among many pleasures in life is taking your Ferrari out on track. You may not be fit to daily drive but you might be able to take some laps under controled conditions on local racetracks. On the other hand many ferraris never see the sunlight out of the garage. Waxing it is not a bad hobby either. Have a friend Trailer it to concourses and show it. Obviously you love the Ferrari or you would not have restored it. If you can drive it even a little bit or laying a coat of wax on it will put a smile on your face like no other. All the best and good luck!

hope you recover soon my friend. even though u might not be able to drive it, why not finish her up or make someone complete it for you? it will keep you active and having something brilliant to look forward to everyday.....well if not, i'm sure she will find a good home soon and be brought back to mint... either way, stay positive and hope you'll get better real soon.
