Same here. Current agent has been family friend since well before moving there from another family friend's agency when he retired. Been good about "keeping secrets" about certain Italian cars from other family members, too.
Apparently I'm on this new (?) program with SF called "Drive safe & save". I got a warning email that I must report my odometer via the web or by calling my agent, otherwise I'll lose my discount under the program. What a bunch of marketing baloney. As if the mileage has anything to do with safety! I could understand if it was a low mileage program and was simply called that. "Don't drive & save". Anyway it seems they are becoming more aggressive about odometer reporting. The email was in English and Spanish. ps. Nothing has really changed, I frequently have to report the mileage on my vehicles since I have a bunch of cars insured under low mileage policies. It's just on the web now and they are promoting the "save" bit, which the postal mail version of the form never indicated.
