What wheels will fit my 348ts?
spacers lug bolts etc. Wishing to change my 348 wheels over to a 360 spoke type wheel for appearance rather than the flat broad stock 348.
Any assistance and info for a rookie please, max tire size etc.
I have 235-30-19 set for rear..what wheel or set up is best/reccomended for looks and handling. Thank you all

Just one point, 235 is way too narrow for the rear.

I put 360 modena wheels on my 1990 348ts - love the look - fronts are 215/45/18 I believe - they rub the fenders in turns over bumps - so with stock tire sizes (215 and 275 rears ) you will need to machine about 7mm off front hubs and 14 mm off rears... if your 348 is a later model you may not need to do this - you dont need new lug bolts for the wheels contrary to what others say ... - Its a great affordable upgrade IMHO

I just recently changed my 1995 348 Spider wheels from after market bling to the 360 18" starfish wheels & they actually look much better than the stock 348 wheels. I did get 52mm lug bolts & no spacers needed. I am running fronts = 225/40 - 18" & rears 275/35-18"
Z-rated/XL loading Michelin Pilot Super Sports and have not seen a clearance issue/problem, but i have NOT really pushed the car hard (only had it 2.5 weeks).

    Ive a 92 348 TS

Was wanting to fit 360 rims also

I have read the axles front and rear are wider on the more recent 348

This made me think my 92 348 could accommodate the 360 rims with out rolling wings or milling rims

I take it this is not the case?

    92' 348 TS here

equipped with F355 18"wheels - you need to fit spacers both front and rear just for the looks. front tires are 225/40 and on the back 265/40.

Switched from Pirelli to Michelin PS2 - huge advantage in terms of comfy and handling .

    Yea i have

    £1680 plus carriage plus tyres

Would prefer used OEM rather than paying that for copies

Can get Used OEM 360 rims for £650 cash, dont want to go down the milling route tho
