My coupe is Nero DS and Bordeaux interior. I love the red variants. Tame on the outside and wild on the inside.
How did you like the exhaust? I'm tempted to drive to TB just to hear it. Would you recommend? Fabulous car BTW.
It is without question the best exhaust you can buy. Just call and speak to Thad in service. It sounds very similar to a 355 with straight pipes. Very F1! Thanks for the kind words.
Also worth noting that this car was the highest MSRP'd spider in 2007 with several very rare factory bits.
Love the colors ! Tell me about the rare factory bits? Is the Bose console a speaker? The quilted leather console is intriguing. Is it factory or after purchase. I am always amazed at the diversity and creativity. Congrats on the 458. Scott
Hello Scott, from what the factory told me it was the only 2007 with Carbon Plenum covers (just like the Scud) as well as the carbon on vents next to the glass engine cover. Also, the diamond stiching was custom work done by the factory and its on the console and behind the seats. Keep in mind that all the custom stuff is now common place with Ferrari but prior to the 458 it was not. Yes, it has the high power stereo and that Bose section is a speaker of some sort. Not real impressive given the cost of the upgrade but no doubt it is factory and does sound better.
