Wow. An M3 must really suck...
If its just to impress the folks, why a new spyder? To most a Ferrari is a Ferrari. But if Yor serious, then stay on the track. Have a friend who is ten years older than you. Manages my investments along with my parents and a lot of people I know. He could buy one tomorrow. But he won't.... It's all relative. Just find something you do well and that you enjoy. If life's about money only, honestly you're not going to be satisfied.

I'm going with this being a BS trolling post. If it's real, you start the successful journey by not coming across like a BS trolling poster.

OK, all kidding aside, if you want to earn enough dough to buy a new Ferrari in a fairly short amount of time, given your apparent lack of skill and ability, I submit your best bet is to become a drug dealer.

    Seriously.

Limit the number of your transactions, deal ONLY in large quantities, and to the degree possible never deal directly with customers, use flunkies.

OK, follow the yellow brick road ...

p.s.: about that 10% commission you are offering: I'll take it in unmarked one hundred dollar bills, please.

No way this kid is for real. No way. If so, and I was his parent, I'd shoot myself.

You have a recent model BMW M3 and are going to USC. You're already advantaged over 99% of your age group and you're whining? I suspect your parents have your number and they're telling you to work hard and start from scratch because that's what you need to hear.

OK, here are 11 ideas for "getting rich quick"

    http://www.cracked.com/article_16633_the-6-most-horrifying-ways-anyone-ever-got-rich.html

However, if you follow any of them, I suspect your parents would not be "impressed."

Your parents sound awesome. If your car has problems, watch YouTube, grab a wrench, and fix them. I would have KILLED to have a 5 year old M3 in college.

In short, be a man. Sounds like you have a long way to go.

Given this post I suspect you have some very difficult years in front of you. You don't have a clue as to how good you've got it, and that alone promises you years of grief. I wish you good luck butt fear for the worst for you. Read and comprehend the posts above. All from very accomplished people.

Really??? You're considering a 5 year old BMW M3 a POS?? A 5 year old car is fairly new, it's a BMW too, and then on top of it.....it's an M3! That's a very nice car for a 20 y/o to be driving IMO.

Your parents don't sound like *******s, they sound like good parents to me! They are just trying to teach you the true meaning of money and its value by making you work for it and giving you the "tools" to be successful in life. If they were to just give you everything you wanted without working for it, I would then consider them *******s and bad parents!

Believe me, I've been in your shoes too when I was around your age. My parents had Mercedes and a few Porsches, but they wouldn't let me touch any of them. I drove a 1974 VW Dasher 4 door that was burnt orange color. It was rolled lightly by the previous owner and it pretty much didn't have a single straight panel on the car! I worked as a bus boy and saved up a whole $300 to buy that car! I was proud of it though!

Back in the 90's I wanted the brand new Lamborghini Diablo just as bad or maybe even worse than you want this 458! Well, after many years later and after a lot of hard work and never taking my mind off of that goal, I had that 1991 Diablo in my garage!

My advice is pretty much the same as the others here......hard work, persistence and of course, time! You can't do it overnight though, otherwise everyone else will be doing it too. "Keep your eyes (and mind) on the prize", set smaller goals that will eventually lead you to your big goal! Most of us here started out like yourself........dreaming about that dream car! You CAN get it if you want it bad enough. And when you do, I'm sure your parents will be impressed in the end too! ;)

Methinks a Ferrari forum is fertile ground for Internet trolls.

Keep working and maybe many many many many years down the road you can. Also to some a used M3 is not the end of the world like you make it out to be..

I also need help. I'm nearly 60 years old and my mom isn't allowed to drive any more. I only have 2 POS Ferrari's to my name. I need to make at least 1 million per year for the next 5 years. What should I do for Gods sake????

This should happen somewhere between the ages of 10-17. After that, both the parents and the child have "missed the boat."

Too many rich kids don't know the value of money, how it's made, or how it fits into the big scheme of things with respect to their own lives. Pity.

Has anyone seen a golden egg laying goose recently? I seemed to have misplaced mine...

Just don't wrestle a bear for money! As tempting as that sounds.
That's been tried by one of our members in the past and the end results were not good ones.

Maybe you could hook up with our friend Hymie here since he's finally in a position to buy a Ferrari. He could keep it at your place so that his Orthodox Jewish neighbors won't shun him. In exchange for storing his embarrassingly flashy symbol of materialism, he might let you drive it on occasion. Then I'm thinking that maybe you just tell your parents that its yours and - Voila! - they'll be impressed.

My thoughts exactly. I think it's MORE of a joke that some people are actually giving "serious" advice.... Not sure who looks more sillier- the OP or the people trying replying.

I'm only responding to you cause I have a couple minutes of my life I can waste before I go jump into one of my many exotic ultra expensive sports cars and drive off with a super hot model or celebrity of my choosing.

Don't waste your time trying to flip real-estate... I made my millions flipping cats.

Here is the secret you so desire.... Put down the bong, find a pair of clean underwear and go get a job.
That’s enough of my time wasted on a Troll...

I think your parents don't like you because you're a spoiled sack of horse manure, not because you don't have a Ferrari.

Can't believe you're upset that you're driving an M3. My first car as my parent's mini-van. A few years later when I bought my first personally-owned car (a Jetta), my mother made me share it with her since she hated taking public transportation to work.

Seriously, you are amazingly spoiled. If you were my kid I'd disown you. No wonder your parents don't pay you much mind.
