I got to thinking about this after I bought my top. I have several goodies on my 308 that I have acquired over the years. Some due to my personal taste and some because they are better than stock:

    Larger aluminum radiator
    Windage tray
    Brembo front brake kit
    Tubi
    Hyperflow cat
    Saratoga top
    Switched oil cooler fan
David Helms fuel and coolant lines
    Brighter dash lights
    Relayed headlights
    Updated fuse panel (my design)
    On Board battery charger
    Enlarged TB
    K&N Filter
Accusump (switched so my oil system is pressurized before startup)
Modified parking lights (on without lamp buckets up)
Euro Mirrors (the real factory ones)

There are a few other little things such as my sound system but this list are the main things.

    What about you guys?

    windage oil pan baffle
    SS skid plate
7/8 or 22mm rear sway bar w/chrome molly end links
1 inch or 25.4mm front sway bar w/ chrome molly end links
1 inch lowered front spring perch
Modified oil return hole on cyl. head
Body color (rosso corsa) targa top
    Saratoga targa top
Enlarge the opening between the intake plenum and the throttle body
Also did a mod on my timing by disconnecting vac hose that goes from the intake plenum to the digiplex to advance ign. timing, disconnect O2 sensor, and re adjust fuel/air mixture. This is kinda like Euro spec. setting but not all the way.

I still have and kept all my original parts.

    The AL drilled pedals
    The AL air intake tube
Straight pipe to replace Cat (because "slow down" light/system doesn't work)
    New radio

That's it other than occasionally considering (re-considering, is a better word since I've been "considering" it for 4 years) the 928 Motorsports Supercharger Kit. I have no real nterest in anything else.

Re the shift knob - I bought a SS knob and liked the look and feel BUT with the car sitting in the sun the darned knob would get so hot I had to put a sock on it to use it! :) So I went back to stock.

+1 GTS. Mine had the big aluminum knob in it. I went back to the OEM knob. I really prefer the look of it and it allows a bit more room for my leg over there.

Most of what I've done or had done is repair and replace type work. I try to keep the car as original as possible, but I do like stuff to work correctly.

    Minor mods:

    Birdman fuse box
Relay on the lights so the headlights don't go up when parking lights are on
Re wired the interior fan switch so it uses a relay so the fan switch doesn't melt
    Front bumper tuck
    328 water pump
Aluminum pulley wheels for the timing belts
    Mille Miglia Exhaust
Removed air pumps and all the tubes and such for the anti pollution control, put in SS plugs

That's all I can think of right now. I also tried to do all mods in such a way that they are reversible if I ever wanted to go back to fully original. Although I can't understand why I would want my fan switch to melt...

Larini muffler is the only mod I've done. I did change the color of the carpets from tan to black when we replaced the interior, but I'm not sure if that would be considered a mod for the sake of this discussion.
