Congrats on the Spider, hope you enjoy!

Did you see the car yourself? There absoutley are Enzo influences, stylised in interesting ways, but for sure there is F40/F50/Enzo DNA, I reference the area infront of the door as an example. To be fair the traits are slight, but there.

Who told you it is only 90% complete? They lied, its totally done, signed off, crash testing pending.

90% in design terms only, they say they are still fiddling with styling details. I totally believe my source.

    Hi Andrew,

There has been no formal offer to purchase, nor have I submitted any LOI.

A lot was revealed at Paris to 'potential buyers', along with a price, but it was literally 'should be around xxxxxx), no dates or contractual obligations have been discussed.

So basically I'm flattered by what Ferrari have shown me, and how they've involved me thus far, and all things being correct, yes I'd love one, but I've given no money and got no docs.

Nothing is anything, until its something, and at the moment, I got squat, but let's see.

    Regards
    Mike

some weeks ago there was a rumor about "two version" of F70, did you heard anything about this? or maybe two versions means standard F70 and FXX without road homologation?

So you think with 25 years of technological innovation they couldn't last as long as the current engines? Give me a break. They'd be making 2000hp and lasting a whole season if they'd continually been developed, they were making over double the power of the 3 liter NA engines at the time, which also only lasted a few laps in qualifying trim. Have you ever heard any of the turbo f1 cars?

They could, but thats not the point. The current regulations prevent them from doing so. the engines are pretty restricted on technology to keep the costs down..

    Personally I prefer the v10 3l screamers,

You seem to think that technology can solve everything. Well, it's not that easy. Moreover, they sounded pathetic compared to a N/A engine and yes I have heard them!

I hope you get one. Sometimes, it feels like we are talking about the next stealth bomber. It's fun but a little frustrating to not know much by now.

Which is totally believable. Some aspects of the design can be easily altered and (as I would assume) wouldn't necessitate a new crashtest if it doesn't affect the overall construction of the car.

he is talking about the mule. Many Ferrari Supercar mules/ test cars were based on other Ferrari models. I believe the picture posted above is based on the "F70"
