Check out the story and photos in Dec. 2012 Forza magazine on Jack Castors 1959 250gt California he bought in 1969 for $3000. I have been behind him on many of our fog drives here in Northern Calif. it sounds and smells wonderful and a real treat to see on the road. Gavin

Before they closed the Ypsilanti, MI location of RM, there was a black California Spyder an early model. It had burgundy interior and owned by a wealthy Canadian.

Does anyone know the car? Wish I had photos.

Always amazed that some owners just park them as if they were a run of the mill car....guess we should all thank them for that.

Was at the Techno Classica in Essen/D this year. Good to see it racking up some kilometers.

Would've been my guess as well. LWB, covered, with bumpers and the colour seems to match.

You are always welcome to come by and look at the cars, including this one . Just not sure if the customer wants me to post vin numbers of his cars out on the Internet.

She was my favourite for a long time, until she played the bear in The Hotel New Hampshire.....never saw this fragment, but the couple is a match. The actor is using his iPad avant la lettre.....

    Ciao

Does anyone know if there was a 250 SWB California Spyder produced by the factory in the black with red interior color that is being produced as a 1:18 scale model by CMC?
