I bought my 328 at 32 or 33, that was a while back indeed....

 

27 1/2 years ago, '85 GTB QV, age 38. '07 Porsche Boxster 2 months ago, age 65. Porsche is a great car but has no personality. Love the sexy Italian lady!

 

I bought mine new in 1981, gosh, I was only 37 years old. Just a baby!

 

I bought mine at 39, although it wasn't for a lack of searching... I had been looking for quite a while before pulling the trigger. my car is a 1978 GTS.

 

Mine at 28 just over 10 years ago. Still love it just as much!

 

I was 34...purchased it with severance $$ in 2001 when the stock market was crap...

 

Purchased my 308QV at 39.

 

Bought my 85 QV at age 38 years. One of the happiest moments of my life. I cried when it was delivered.

I was a late starter -- I didn't buy a car until I was 27 (and it was a new Oldsmobile Intrigue for my wife.)

Thanks to the Infamous Craigslist GT4, I was able to own two Ferraris before I turned 40. Still have both the 328 and the GT4.

i was almost 39. Other than the day I met my wife, it was the happiest day so far because she was with me to pick it up. Every day since gets better.

Bought my 308GT4 at 35 in 1975 - still got it, but won't say how old I am.

 

At 35 I realized I could some day have one. So goal was set at 40. 43 was when it finally happened. Well worth the wait!

 

My mantra was "Ferrari by 40". I got mine at 39 and a half.

Then I realized I jumped over Porsche, and I'd always be wondering if I didn't try....

So I got a Porsche at 42 and sold it at 44.

Still have the Ferrari!

 

Bought mine at 35. Now 36. So much older and wiser, but would do it again.

 

Bought mine at 38.

29. My birthday present/deployment gift to myself. Have had the car for over 9 years now.

 

Great thread, I bought my 308 GTS QV when I was 29 years old. I've since had over 40 other cars and I still have that 308. I LOVE it. My kids love it. Its part of my family.

 

Exact same age as me, exact (and I mean EXACT) same car as me...

Mitch and I must have been seperated at birth
