    A new gourmet pizza place went in in the small town near our farm and they will deliver to the country. We went in and confirmed that they do deliver and started ordering that night. Food and drink comes to $20 for two and we tip $10 every time. It would cost me that to drive to town and pick it up. Sometimes the tip is just for convenience, not how a particular pizza place compensates and organizes their workflow.
