Anyone make their own Pizza ?

I make pizza all the time usually on ready made crusts a great local joint sells their dough though also which is amazing fun to do sourdough and wheat as well. Roast veggies. gouda. yum! honestly the time you wait for delivery you can make your own and for less $$$ its just a matter of time and effort which I can understand

We make it fresh about 3 times a month. We have a commercial oven that gets real hot fast. Would love to build one of those outdoor ovens and get the wood flavor into it.


Hmmm I wonder if the neighbors will call the cops on me for a outdoor fire again. I am in SoCal LOL

 

We make pizza all the time, I have a recipe for dough that doesn't have to sit overnight. We have a stainless steel charcoal grill that will go to 1000 degrees so the crust is incredible. It's about a two minute cook per pizza.
