My right side seems loose, it's flopping around quite a bit. Left is nice and solid. Car is an 06' 430
remove the steering column clam shell, there are 5 screws at its bottom. One removed, you must turn your steering wheel till you can see the 2 small allen screws that hold both paddle in place. tight them up. there's a good MACarbon guide here http://www.macarbon.com/install_guides/ferrari/MAcarbon%20430%20Shift%20Paddle%20Install.pdf
