Bad for Goodwood, however that event is falling victim to its own popularity. Less F1 involvement and less visitors will be somewhat beneficial to it.

I'm glad I did Goodwood when it was less popular.

FRA - nice city with a really big airport :)
Joe Saward reported this earlier this week. Red Bull and Austria. Nice to be in Fiji now for Mr Red Bull. Windy, snowing and -2C here where I am in Germany.

Interesting - I guess if anyone can pull it off it would be Dieter. Especially if the Pygmy wants it to happen.

It's been over 20 years since I was there for a few F3 races. It really is in the middle of nowhere - You think Magny Cours is nowhere, this place makes that look like a metropolis! [Or it did back then at least.]

Nice track in some great countryside though.

    Cheers,
    Ian

I'd love to see a return of the Austrian GP.

F1 needs more European and less Asian races.

Hoping the NJ GP is a go. Not so sure my Sister is as hopeful as I intend on occupying her Lower Manhattan Apt that weekend-)

    +1

I was watching the rerun of the FIA GT1 race this past weekend which was listed as the Spielberg race when in reality it is the Red Bull Ring. While watching it I was thinking to myself how familiar it looked and that there should be a F1 race there, a circumcised version of the track alot of us remember and hold dearly but still fantastic imo.

I am adding, in hope that it will eventually happen, this race to my 'Bucket List'!
