I've been looking for 2 hours just about everywhere. Does anyone know where I can find and order one to upgrade from the Becker in an 06' F430? I want to install a Pioneer radio.

Try ebay Becker or blaupunkt harness or adaptor.

I might have one in the garage here if you want to post or send me a pic of the one you are looking for.

Go to best buy and ask for a 2004 VW Jetta radio harness, they're the same. It's a European standard.

So I got the radio all wired up and everything went very smooth the wiring harness work perfect however when I turned it on I have no sound but everything appears to be working I am assuming it is a small yellow and blue plugs I unplugged from the back of the Becker radio they are no longer connected to anything I believe they are connected to an amplifier somewhere but I'm not sure does anyone have any experience with this thanks again I really appreciate the help

Could it be that the small yellow and blue plugs were for the speakers?

Can someone confirm this? What about the green and blue plugs that plug into the Becker radio? The VW adapter doesn't have a space for these. Are these not needed when installing an aftermarket unit? I have the hifi (non-bose) system.

Yellow plug is preamp output to the Bose or hifi system, blue plug is to trunk cd changer if equipped.. If recall correctly. If you have hifi, yellow may be needed for it to work...

The wires were exact on the harness. A the typical color codes for front and rear speakers.
I do have the dual center base drivers in the middle.

I think I figured it out. The yellow plug (C1) is not used in my setup since I have the Hifi, but not Bose. I also unplugged C2 and C3 to my stock radio and everything still worked including the factory sub behind the seats. In other words, the junky little amp that resides under the radio uses speaker level inputs.

Just another tip for anyone installing a radio yourself. You need to switch the 12V ignition on lead and the 12V contant on leads when using the VW harness. Just switch the yellow and red wires.

Did you ever figure out what caused you to have no sound? I'm running into the same issue

Update. I figured out that I needed to add the blue/white wire to the metro harness. It's used to turn on the factory amp.
